Envios e Devoluções
1. Envios
1.1. All orders placed on the website of Madeira Rosa Interior Design Unipessoal, Lda will be shipped to the address provided by the customer, subject to payment confirmation and product availability.
1.2. Products in stock will be delivered within the estimated timeframe indicated at checkout, which may vary depending on availability and delivery location.
1.3. Orders to the Autonomous Regions of the Azores and Madeira are subject to prior assessment of logistical feasibility and shipping costs. Requests should be sent to id@madeirarosa.com.
1.4. Madeira Rosa shall not be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, strikes, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
1.5. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Any issues arising from incorrect information or inaccessible delivery locations may result in additional charges or delays.
1.6. The delivery service does not include furniture assembly, lifting or hoisting of products, wall or ceiling installations, or electrical work. Any additional services must be requested in advance and will be subject to a separate quotation.
1.7. Ownership of the products shall only be transferred to the customer once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered.
2. Devoluções
2.1. Madeira Rosa Interior Design Unipessoal, Lda does not accept returns of products specifically ordered for the customer (customised or made-to-order products).
2.2. Only products in stock may be returned, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with all labels intact and free from damage.
Returns must be requested in advance by emailing id@madeirarosa.com and arranged by appointment with Madeira Rosa.
2.3. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for products in stock.
2.4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned products, Madeira Rosa will issue a refund for the amount paid for the products (excluding shipping costs), using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
2.5. Madeira Rosa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2.6. In exceptional circumstances, Madeira Rosa may cancel the delivery of products due to circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfilment, issuing a refund of the amount paid without any obligation to provide additional compensation.
